If there is any damage to the exterior of shipment package, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT it or require the driver to note damage on his log. We will re-ship you a new unit.
Do not simply refuse a shipment becuase you changed your mind.
There is 20% processing fee + freight if you refuse a shipment and we have to reship it to you.
Any item that was special ordered for you there is NO RETURN.
